Terms of Service
G'day, fellow explorer of workplace wellness 🚀 Before you buckle up and dive into the depths of Syncing Minds, there are a few ground rules we need to chat about. Don't worry, we'll keep it as lively as a beach day in Bondi, but do pay attention – these bits are important.
The Basics
By using our website, including or member areas that are also known as communities, you're agreeing to these Terms of Service (ToS). Think of it as the roadmap for our journey together, keeping things smooth and enjoyable for everyone involved.

Your Part in This Adventure
When you join us at Syncing Minds, you're part of a community that values respect, curiosity, and open-mindedness. Here's what we ask of you:
- Play Nice: Treat others as you'd like to be treated, whether you're commenting on a mind-bending theory or sharing your own insights.
- Be Respectful: We're all about exploring ideas, but let's keep it respectful and constructive, avoiding anything that could offend or harm another person.
- Stay Genuine: Keep it real with your contributions – no plagiarizing or pretending to be someone else.
Our Commitment
Here's what you can expect from us:
- Quality Content: We're here to stoke the fires of your imagination with top-notch content and discussions.
- Privacy Protection: Your personal info is as safe with us as a secret in the Vault of Sydney Opera House. We respect your privacy and protect it (for the nitty-gritty, check our Privacy Policy).
- Continuous Improvement: Like the quest for knowledge, we're always looking to improve. Expect regular updates and new features to make your experience even better.
The Fine Print
- Age Requirement: You need to be at least 18 years old to use our site. It's not that we don't appreciate the younger minds, but laws are laws.
- Intellectual Property: Everything on this site is either our intellectual property or we have the right to use it. You can enjoy and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes, but please don't steal our or anyone else's content. Now, paid up member? You can download the editable templates and they are all yours.
- Use of Your Employers Logo: by accepting these terms you grant us the right to use your employers logo to promote your participation in the community you have registered for. This includes the right to display your employer's logo on our website, in promotional materials, and in other communications related only to the community you have signed up for to signify your employer as a member of our community, and in turn promoting your employer as progressive in workplace mental wellness and inclusivity. We will use your employer's logo in a manner that is respectful and maintains the integrity of the logo's brand standards. The logo will not be altered, except for resizing to fit designated spaces, and will be displayed alongside logos of other member organisations in a similar fashion. Your employer may request the cessation of use of their logo at any time. Upon such a request, we will ensure the logo is removed from all future promotional materials and, where feasible, from existing materials. To withdraw consent, please contact us at hello@syncingminds.com.
- Limitation of Liability: We do our best to ensure a smooth sail, but sometimes things can go awry (like the weather in Melbourne). We can't be held liable for things out of our control or for any loss that isn't a direct result of our actions.
Changes to These Terms
Just like a good story, these terms might need a twist or turn as we evolve. We'll post any changes here, faster than you can spot a kangaroo in the Outback. Stay tuned.
