Meahan Callaghan
Meahan is currently Chief People & Culture Officer at Articore Group and has held CPO roles at Afterpay, MessageMedia and spent 10 years in the same role at SEEK.
Meahan has experience leading global P&C Functions supporting teams in the US, Canada, Europe, South America, Asia and Africa.
Meahan is a passionate supporter of increased authenticity and honesty regarding mental health and how workplaces can improve the role they play.
Joseph Catanzariti AM
Joseph Catanzariti AM, BA, LLB, LLM (App Law) (Hon), was a Vice President of the Fair Work Commission (2013-2024).
Formerly a senior Partner at Clayton Utz, he specialises in employment law as well as be an Adjunct Professor at UNSW and Sydney University
Joseph chairs the College of Law and is co-author of "Workplace Bullying" by Lexis Nexis.
He received the Order of Australia in 2016.
Teegan Modderman
Teegan is a Psychologist, Board Approved Supervisor and Chief Mental Health Officer at Queensland Rail. She has made a marked impact on the Australian workplace mental wellness landscape.
She was part of the team who won the Open Minds Mental Health Week Award for large business in 2012, and the AHRI Best Health and Wellbeing Strategy Award in 2012.
In 2019, Teegan was accepted into the Australian Mental Health Leaders Fellowship Program facilitated by the NMHC and in 2021 Teegan was awarded an Australia Day Achievement Award for leadership in WHS.
Meet the team
Lu Satchwell
Lu is a co-founder of Syncing Minds and holds two degrees in psychology from UNSW and Monash University and is currently completing her Masters in Psychological Practice at Charles Sturt University.
Beyond her background in psychology education, Lu also has 14 + years experience in corporate research and training, including senior leadership positions.
Lu is an APS member and aspires to complete a psychology PhD.
Lu is a passionate advocate for wellbeing and strongly believes in going beyond workplace risk assessments and taking an integrated, proactive approach.

Ben Satchwell
Ben supports the team with operations and administration support.
Approaching 20-years corporate experience, including Regional Director for CEB (now Gartner) and Managing Director for Public Sector Network.
Ben’s background includes formal education via a BSc from the University of Surrey and certificates of continuing education in HR Analytics from the University of California, Irvine and Defining Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Organisations from Rice University.
Ben also contributes as the voice’ on lived experiences in the domains that Syncing Minds covers.
