Executive Advisor Role Description
We're seeking an Executive Advisor who has hands-on experience working on workplace mental wellness, specifically focused on creating and implementing strategic wellness initiatives.
You are an ex-HR or WHS executive leader who has held responsibility for your peoples mental wellbeing. You've been in the trenches on what works. And what doesn't.

The role is a flexible part-time role where hours are dictated by client engagements.
The role requires the Executive Advisor to work with our customers to:
- Conduct detailed company assessments against the Workplace Mental Wellness Maturity Matrix.
- Develop a 12-month roadmap outlining actionable steps to improve mental wellness.
- Hold monthly advisory meetings to review progress, address challenges, and plan next steps.
- Provide templates and how-to guides each month to support the implementation of initiatives.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Former HR department or WHS executive leader responsible for your workplaces psychosocial health and safety.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic roles within organisational mental health, human resources, or wellbeing programs.
- Proven ability to develop and implement workplace wellbeing policies and strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of synthesising complex information into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise our customers in an actionable manner.
- A deep understanding of what is needed for change to happen in a workplace, including an interest in the evolving research in work design.
- Commitment to advancing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
